Remembering Our Founder
Chauncy Glover
1985-2024

CGP was founded in June 2013 by Emmy Award-winning news anchor/reporter, Chauncy Glover, after covering a breaking news story that led to him witnessing a high school student die on the streets of Detroit after he was shot attempting to rob his school’s basketball coach. Chauncy was given a vision to go back to that young man’s school to identify young men with potential who needed extra guidance. Chauncy is remembered not only for his professional accolades, but also his dedication to empowering young men to reach their full potential in spite of their circumstances. Chauncy was a true visionary whose work leaves a lasting legacy that will continue to inspire and transform lives for generations to come.
